Terms and Conditions:
Effective July1, 2020, updates will go into effect. The following is a summary of the important terms and conditions for your convenience. We recommend reviewing this document to ensure clarity:
The following terms and conditions are incorporated into, govern, and are a material part of each transaction between Customer and Supplyline. These terms and conditions shall control over any conflicting or inconsistent terms.
Customer agrees to reimburse Supplyline for costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
Exclusive venue for any action or dispute arising out of this purchase shall be the New York State Supreme Court for the County of Rockland and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to its conflicts of law provisions. Customer expressly waives any jurisdictional and venue defenses as well as waives the right to personal service of any summons or complaint.
For any purchases made for by credit card a 3% convenience fee will be added.
Customer agrees that it will not chargeback or dispute any charges or payments made by credit card and agrees to make payment in full.
Freight Policy
Customers are responsible for all freight charges.
All deliveries are subject to common carriers’ time frame for pickup and deliveries.
Specialized Handling
Inside delivery can be arranged for an addition fee. Otherwise, all deliveries are curbside drop-off.
Order Expediting Policy
Available upon request. Any orders shipped via UPS can be overnighted by the cutoff time. Orders that require trucking cannot be guaranteed next day delivery.
Specific items based on customer geographical location and product factors are available for “Same-Day” Service
Return Policy:
All returns must be authorized by Supplyline prior to receipt. Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Return authorizations are valid for 30 days. Return
Price Match Offer:
- Price match policy is applicable only at the time of the sale. Not Retroactive.
- We don’t guarantee to match any price – our policy is to evaluate each opportunity upon request. We reserve the right to approve or deny requests.
- Matched prices are for the current transaction only - They are not established as the “going forward” price unless expressly communicated.
